Session Times

Sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are split between 4 different groups depending on ability

The structure of the different groups aim to offer every member the greatest opportunity to be the best they can be by placing them into the correct training group for their age, ability and potential.

All training classes run within the same framework and will allow members to move up smoothly through the training groups as their abilities progress subject to available spaces.
